How large can a single queen colony of Pheidole Californica grow?

I just got a single queen colony of Pheidole Californica. I have a tarheel ants fallen fortress, and I am wondering if they would be able to fill it.

They should be able to. Don't underestimate single queens.

acromyrmex and other fungus growers need a special kind of nest, and don't do well in standard setups.
