4. Length (from head to gaster): 7/16" - 1/2"
5. Color, hue, pattern and texture: Black with no noticeable hairs to speak of, glossy with a velvety gold appearance in light
6. Distinguishing characteristics: N/A
7. Distinguishing behavior: N/A
8. Nest description: N/A

Too black for subpolita no? Could it be subaenescens?

Maybe. Color isn't the best way to tell, but subaenescens seems like a good guess.
