Myrmica fracticornis (most likely the sp.) kiling each other? Help! Maybe parasite/virus/fungus.

So I've been keeping this 1 queen Myrmica colony for about a year and a few months. I raised the queen up to workers like as you would do. There were about to hit 50 workers and then a disease/parasite/virus started slowly killing them. I didn't think of it much at the time since I just thought it was one of the generations dying as they do. As the months went on more and more keep dying. Over the past week about almost 10 have died in total and more keep dying. Today I was watching them trying to see why they might be doing this and I see one worker that is alive is being carried around by another worker like it was dead. Also I saw one worker trying to bite the leg of another worker. Multiple workers have already died today so that's why I'm sort of panicking. So while the alive workers try and run away alive, the other workers are carrying them around and biting at them. If any of you have any ideas on what I should do/what is actually going on with my colony please let me know and help me out! Also here is a picture of one of the workers dying, also when they are dying their legs do this weird thing were they extend weirdly as seen in the picture.
