Found this girl walking across my kitchen floor on 2-2-2019 at round 3 pm. Has wings and looks like an ant but I'm not sure why an alate would be out when there is snow on the ground. I looked around and didn't see another single ant anywhere around or in my house. we did recently have some construction work done in the kitchen so I'm am wondering if her nest was disturbed and she wandered out.

very peculiar antennae shape. just under 3 mm long.

is this and ant?

any idea what species?
