- Urban housing area; ~0.5 miles to forest habitat

- ~4-5mm
5. Coloration, hue, pattern and texture:
- Antennae: red-orange
- Mandibles: red-orange
- Eyes: black, large
- Head: brown
- Thorax: brown-orange
- Gaster: tan on the end, 1 think band (brown), 2 half bands (brown)
- Legs: red-orange
6. Distinguishing characteristics:
- 1 Node pointing upward
- 1 bump/spine (I think) pointing down
- Ant is very tiny - Hard for me to see
7. Anything else distinctive:
- Ask in comments; nothing that I can think of at the moment.
8. Nest description:
- I am pretty familiar with the area that I found her in. There are a few camponotus sp. / tetramorium sp. nests near by. However, given the queen's size, I can only imagine that the works for this species are tiny as hell, so I am not surprised that I haven't seen the nest before.
